Well this is a (not very good) shot of the new big boy me and trainboi1 are working on.
I'm not ready to release it until I can get both the double chuffing and front engine light script to work together, so far only the double chuff works. I basically copy-pasted the light script from the N&W Y6b and put the script and tags necessary for the engine and bogie to make it work, but it won't initiate. also I have to wait to release it until I can get permission form the guy who owns the sound of the MSTS big boy whistle (and maybe get a higher quality recording there of), and the chuff sounds asking if its okay to modify them, and use them. any one with scripting knowledge please help!

awesome model! if you and trainboi1 are working on it then i know it will be good. I'm not gona ask how long it will be till you release it but I have a couple questions
1. where might this be released at/ is this the model i saw being worked on in the Backshops trainz form page?
2. if you need a new whistle I have one I made myself that you could put on it. I'm not sure if auran has processed it to the dls now but I could send it to you via email.
You have my complete consent if you do use my whistle for free or payware! Just put the credit somewhere and I'm fine.
I know how difficult it can be to find someone from a long time ago to get permission for something. I tried to get in contact with Zappajet to see about putting a working version of his Western Maryland Shay no.6 to the dls but to no success. ( I can send it to you if you want)
The light issue is one I don't know how to really fix, sorry, but I am sure there are some veteran modelers on the trainz forms that you could get some great help from! I went to one for help with my whistles when I started and it really helped.
