Man I can't seem to keep my da updated.
Well last tuesday (January 8, 2014) I was diagnosed with appendicitis.  the day before I had some bad cramps, well thats what I thought what they were. aft the surgery. I found out that my appendix had ruptured and fluid leaked out. originally they wanted to do a laparoscopic appendectomy, but apparently it was badly inflamed and also was near my spine, that would explain my back pain. anyway was in the hospital for a few days went home. (if the hospitals procedures or such seem lax, sorry but I'm not good with detail and have a faulty memory) And thought I was done but no I started, to get sick vomiting and such, and got concerned enough to go back wich thats were I am now.

For my drawing I wish to know if I use the Meyer-Garratt articulation configuration, where should I put the axes so the body of the locomotive move the least outwards in turns?
On the two undercarriages:
x-- --x,
x-- x--
-x- -x-
--x x--
--x --x
or some other combo?
(the x-es shows the position of the angle on the undercarriage (front, middle, aft)

yours is a 4-6-10-0 if you divided the last driver is could articulate better the X will indicated the articulation point 4-6X6X4-0 the center 6 is static to the body I'll see if I can make a drawing of my program to explain if it doesn't make sense.

But I want that the undercarriage made into 2 maximum 3 sections.
4-6 and 10 or
4, 6 and 10
but I want is that the body of the locomotive would move outside the track the least when it turns. Garrett is the best in this case but it's not good for his Locomotive:

I think Meyer is the best here but I don't know where to put the axes on which the undercarriages turn relative to the body

yeah that would make more sense, so go with that, flip the front driver set to face the other drivers and articulate it between second and first driver just like in the schematic

I've found a really interesting locomotive design!
A Quadruple Mallet 2-8-8-8-8-2! (or 2-8-8-0 0-8-8-2?)
